A LITTLE HELP GOES A LONG WAY.

Let’s get the
lights back on.

Quick answers about Tia's Lights. Need a hand with a puzzle or purchase? We’re here to help.

Good to know

How do I play?

Tap wire tiles to rotate them and connect the source to every bulb. Pass numbered stations in order. Fixed tiles and wire bridges cannot be rotated. Later puzzles can split the electricity between several bulbs.

What can I play for free?

All of Dawn Village — four districts and 80 campaign puzzles — is free. Daily repair calls and seasonal events are also free when available. The Full Journey is one optional purchase that opens the remaining districts as you reach them, including future districts. There are no ads, subscriptions or paid hints.

Why did I get two stars after using Fix a tile?

Fix a tile is free with no use limit, but using it caps that puzzle at two stars. Replay a solved circuit without hints to try for three stars. Stars do not need to be purchased.

How do I restore The Full Journey?

Use the Apple Account that owns the purchase, connect to the internet and choose Restore Purchases in game Settings or on The Full Journey screen. Apple may ask you to sign in. Restoring brings back purchase access, not every puzzle result.

If access is still missing, tell support your game version, iOS version and what happened. Never send Apple Account credentials or payment-card information. Apple handles refund requests at Report a Problem.

Why is a district still locked after buying?

The purchase removes the paid-content lock. Districts and cities still open as you make progress through the journey. Follow the progress requirement shown on the locked card.

Can I play offline?

Puzzles can be played offline. Buying or restoring The Full Journey requires access to the App Store. A previously verified purchase can remain available for offline play.

How do I manage daily reminders?

Reminders are optional local notifications. Use Daily Reminder in game Settings when the option is available, or open iOS Settings → Notifications → Tia's Lights. Turning them off does not stop you from playing daily repair calls.

Can you recover my progress?

Progress is stored on your device; we do not keep a server copy. Check any Apple device backups you have. Deleting the app can remove local game progress, so do not uninstall it as a first troubleshooting step. Restoring purchases does not restore every solved puzzle.

Which languages and devices are supported?

Tia's Lights is designed for iPhone with iOS 15 or later. Game languages are English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Vietnamese. Choose Language in game Settings. App Store availability depends on your region; the first release excludes Vietnam and mainland China.
