2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClipFlow for lawful purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of the videos, photos, and content you create with ClipFlow. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with the law. We are not responsible for user-generated content.
5. Music & Assets
Music, sound effects, stickers, and templates in ClipFlow are licensed for use in your personal content and certain commercial purposes. You may not extract and distribute these assets as a standalone product.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Pro/Team plans are billed on a recurring cycle and auto-renew unless cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time in your app store settings.
- Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
- Prices may change and will be announced before taking effect.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use ClipFlow to:
- Create or distribute illegal, hateful, or copyright-infringing content.
- Violate the privacy or dignity of others.
- Distribute malware, interfere with, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
ClipFlow, its logo, interface, and all related assets are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved by the relevant competent authority.
