Pier Glow does not collect personal data. The game has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking or in-app purchases. Your progress and settings stay in the app's local storage on your device. The game can be played offline.
1. Game data on your device
Pier Glow saves puzzle progress, scores, stars, unlocked chapters, story scenes, language and sound settings, and an unfinished Classic puzzle locally on your device. The game does not send this information to us or to a developer-operated server.
Deleting the app or its data may remove locally saved progress. If you enable iCloud or device backups, Apple may include app data in backups according to your settings. Apple manages those backups; we cannot access them. Pier Glow does not provide its own online account or cross-device save service.
The app contains its music, artwork, fonts and game content. It does not require an internet connection to play.
2. Website visits
This website is hosted by Tencent Cloud. Delivering and securing a page request may involve technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser or device request headers, time, response status and security signals. Tencent's processing and retention depend on its service settings and applicable requirements.
Our website pages do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, cookies, login forms or upload forms. This does not mean the hosting provider keeps no operational logs. Website requests are separate from game data stored on your iPhone. External links open the service you choose, which is governed by its own privacy policy.
3. Your choices
You can play without an account or internet connection. You can choose your language and sound settings in the game. You can remove local game data by deleting the app or clearing its data. Because we do not receive your local progress, we cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.
If you email us, we receive the email address, message and any attachments you choose to include. We use that information to reply and address your request. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store it. Contact us if you want us to review or delete information you sent, subject to records needed to meet applicable obligations or resolve disputes. Do not send passwords, Apple Account credentials or payment details.
4. Children
Pier Glow does not ask players to create an account or submit personal information, and it does not collect personal data from children or other players. If you believe a child sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can review and respond.

We will update this policy if the app or website's data practices change. The effective date identifies this version. The game's terms use Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
